Thalia Feilen is a New York based lawyer and the founder of The Law Office of Thalia Feilen. Her practice focuses on real estate law, family law, employment/business law, estate planning, and art law. Drawing her strength, wisdom, and experience from 20 years of history maintaining a general practice, Thalia utilizes intersectional expertise to provide comprehensive legal services for her clients in all manner of cases.
Thalia received her Juris Doctorate from Boston University, where she honed skills of mediation/arbitration in the Civil Law Clinic and interned in congress, working on efforts to pardon the Framingham 8. After being admitted to the New York State Bar, she was a founding partner of Goldson/Nolan Associates, LLP. She went on to become counsel to the Long Island Board of Realtors® (LIBOR®), a 20,000+ member organization where she assisted Realtors® in mediating and arbitrating ethics and commission.
In 2004, Thalia opened her own boutique law firm with great success. Her expertise in her field and acclaim for her services has led to her appointment as a mediator for the Supreme Court of New York as of 2020.
Thalia lives in Manhattan with her wife, Wendy, and her poodle, Akiko.
